My comment is more reminiscent of a particular angel that took part in my life during that period where I was out of work, out of inner joy and really struggling. This particular angel owned a series of Waffle Houses, here in NM, and presumably on the East Coast somewhere in the South. He was a genuine puzzle at times, drinking beer and passing along Biblical quotes, pats on the back and a swift kick in the rear all at the same time. That's what always comes to my mind when I see Waffle House.
