Leaping Horse Setting

For my Cowboy who's still missing "Horse".
Let's go West and see if she had any relatives.

Diamond Settings

I’m not all that enamored by twinkling bits of compressed carbon. Furthermore, there are no magical properties inherent in diamonds, and the wearing of them doesn’t guarantee a forever long relationship or ward off the many pitfalls that await those who get them in advance of their wedding.

I haven’t ever been into glitz or glam. But when my cousin Phinz and I started trading photos of our current rocks on a social networking site, something happened.
She noticed that the newly acquired amber diamond, given to me by my fiancĂ©, Cowboy, was enormous. Her rock was slightly smaller. "But," she said, “At least it has a setting.”

So, I got to thinking about the setting for my stone… I named my rock “Best Friend” and decided to see how many settings I could get my Best Friend into. Follow us on our adventure. You never know where we are going to turn up.

About Me

My photo
J.E. Ocean
I enjoy a good laugh, a nice glass of Merlot and the company of easy going people. My dad was a Navy photographer and taught me to see; because of his influence and the digital age, I am not half-bad. I visit nearby bodies of water every chance I get, and live with my "best friend" and wild Cowboy, my husband.
